Yes, we offer communications in English. Before we lend money, we need to make sure you are able to afford the repayments and understand the terms of the loan.We explain this to you and your guarantor over the phone before paying out any loan.
You need to be able to have this conversation with us, and be able to discuss your finances with us, in English.
If you can't have this conversation with us without the use of a translator, then we can't be sure that you will completely understand the responsibilities of taking out a LendingMate loan, and so wouldn't be able to accept you.
